I just killed a bunch of Doom Mage's in Gustav and all they are dropping is Blizzard III. Maybe this is info is off.

Its correct, blizzaga3 is a rare drop... but it dropped for us by mistake once... i have killed many of these (and vice versa) but only saw it drop that 1 time!

well so much for trying to hunt this for myself @ 71
drops from Spartoi Sorcerers in King ramp's tomb, get a lot when manaburning there
