I honestly dont get it, is it just me or does this peice look like complete crap.
people say it's good for tanking wouldnt evasion be more usefull you get hit more so the regen effect is basically useless.
I could be wrong but that's what I think and that at that level there are better peices.

Added icon, AH category, guild, and guild level.
Confirmed: The HQ version gives Regen 2 up to 50% HP.
I found this for 250K in bazaar today. I figured I wear it so much I might as well upgrade. I was very excited when I noticed Regen 3 (War Shinobi Gi + Muscle Belt+1) I wonder if War Shinobi Gi+1 gives Regen 2?

Anyone know how much these cost? I know this is the HQ of a 92 goldsmithing recipe, but this belt looks awesome for emergency tanking / farming, MNK and WAR/MNK especially.
