if it is RSE why the **** does it say all races?????
these are great if ur a low lvl mage or smn. especially since it gives u fir +1 and ice +1 and mitts at lvl 8 only have 2 def and u have to wait 2 more lvls till u can get mitts. So I say if ur gonna lvl any of the jobs at a low lvl that u can equip this with I recommend u do so. Especially for magic casters.

I have killed 7 Balloons described in the Inner Horotuto Ruins so far in a row. I've only gotten 1 Bomb Arm so far. Someone please tell me where I can "really" get these Mitts? Anonymous-Remora World.

first one i killed in runes dropped the mitts..using them on my RNG cause nothing better to use
