Besides, the way you're thinking would be "vial of elixir," but that's not the case anyway.

Regular Elixir's (like this one) have longer usage times. Vile Elixir and Vile Elixir +1 are virtually instant use items and mostly drop from notorious monsters. Both have the same restorative power, but the Vile ones are better in a pinch.

Its not "Vile of Elixir" its "Vile Elixir", which is the HQ for of this. ( i think)

Vile Elixir and Vile Elixir +1 are seperate items, Elixir's HQ is Hi-Elixir

On Shiva Dragon's Blood is 250k/vial, the result of people crafting Hawkers Knives like mad trying to hit the +1 version which sells for over 1 mil.

Since one ingredient alone is 250k, I doubt anyone would willingly drink this puppy.

im not really sure but i think that this item is buyable at bastok markets in the shop beside the armor shop. i hope that this helps some people if i am correct.

If its like the other Final Fantasy games, it should give the user full health and full mp. If so, this sounds perfect for Genkai 4.

Heh heh...

You're probably thinking Genkai 5, unless you need full life and mana for tracking down 4 npcs in various cities. ^^

Definately does not give full of each, I dig these up often during ballista matches, and often will not be at full health after using.
