Yes the stats are correct. I bought one about a week ago for 100k. On Fenrir, each one on the price history sold for 100k, except for the last which went for 200k.
Nearly impossible to find..

I'd really like this item for my Dark Knight, but whenever I check the AH there are never any up. ;_; I was thinking I'd ask a high level Clothcraft person to synth it for me, but then I figured the chances of an HQ are low. /sigh

Oh well, would love to have this, but it's so hard to get.

price history on Seraph as follows 100k x 7 or so, 200k, 200k, 150k.

Not sure if they're really hard to make or people just don't want them. I have one...it's not bad. It's not exactly an Emperor Hairpin, but it's only about 1/3 the price too (on my server).

Are you sure these stats are right? They do almost the exact opposite of the Jester's Headband O_o

Makes sense to me. A juggler would be skillful at handling weapons or whatever else a juggler would be using (thus the +2 DEX) while a Jester would be clumsy but entertaining (thus the +2 CHR). :)
