is this sword better than gluttony sword? it s got same damage than glut sword got better delay and better looking even tho it has no minus or plus on attributes!

It is generally considered better then Gluttony for PLD in TAU areas where DEF/VIT isn't of huge importance any more.
If you need to keep VIT in reserve then use food or try to keep keep VIT heavy equipment available in another slot. Rush gloves in the hands slot are very strong in VIT and wouldn't kill your attack as much as a Gluttony would.
With the shield updates for PLD in late 2006 we can focus less on DEF/VIT and more on ACC/ATK gear.

Depends on the job. For a PLD it can't even come close to the Gluttony.....despite the -1 atributes you get +7 Vitality with the Glut....it's the bomb. This may be good for farming though. Most Drk and War aren't using 1 handed swords so the answer is no.
oh and as far as it being better looking I think the Gluttony sword is the coolest looking 1 handed sword in the game. This sword looks like every other sword. Just my opinion.
