Note that this drops from the One-Eyed Gwajboj (pld orc) and not the ranger, therefore making the fight with the ranger relatively pointless if you're in a small group. Zone the two NMs to Monastic cavern, rezone back and pick off the pld (the rng should be a distance away from pld due to his range attacks). Almost every melee job can solo this assuming they have access to utsu ni, whereby a handful of jobs such as drg, smn, rdm, etc can solo this even earlier. The rng is resistant to bind and sleep, I have no idea if the pld is resistant to these spells as well.

Well Weight.. sure, and it goes in the inventory. And it's used in a quest, but that doesn't really explain what it is. So if anybody knows, please tell. :)

Umm... if you read the description of the quest, it says that the weight is to be traded with the well after killing an nm... You really don't need to know what it is since it's going into and out of your inventory in one fell swoop. :P
