No thanks. :) That's almost like 1/5 of your HP. That could mean the difference between life and death when your shadows are down.
at 1k hp its only 150 less, and 15 evasion at the cost of 150 hp is the best price for that on my whole server...

If you're a Ninja, its an item that could be put to good use (more evasion means utsusemi lasts longer). Of course, the evasion bonus only works on windsdays, so you could set up a macro that you could activate on windsdays, use it for an hour, then put your other ring on when windsday ends.
