0 fame (i couldnt get mnay quests just sam, which ive heard is easiest quest there, no fame reqired) and it was 503 gil exact... so in my server depending on AH its like 5-15k (seraph i havnt look now that i got it here hehe) and im gonna go there again and buy one when imma hand in sam, get nin, and do leviathan quest for liek someone said about 1000% profit

you wanna make an insane purchase this scroll on our server for 5-10k. This scroll in norg is like 500 gil. That is like 1,000% profit lol. I had bought like 7 of these and sold them all within the three day time limit on the AH. This wasth most insane sale i have ever made on the AH so far lol. It is a pain in the butt to do cuz you can only carry one scroll at a time, so one would have to buy and send, buy and send, pretty tedious, but worth the lil extra cash though if you go nothing else to do lol.
Maybe norg fame is required to see what the taru sells?

The npc that sells this scroll is in norg, Rabao does NOT have an npc that sells this scroll. It has been VERY frustrating trying to find this because of the posts here. I ended up asking some high level summoners and the NPC is in NORG.

There is no NPC called that in Rabao. There is only one fishing NPC, he's a taru named Chamaja-Tamaja. He doesn't sell anything. Also there is no docks in Rabao.

The little fishing Taru does in fact sell the earth pact scroll. I have personally bought the scroll for 500 from him. However, like SO many other NPCs, his inventory may be affected by conquest standings etc...
Just to clarify, he's the taru on the very LEFT hand side of the docks in NORG. He is fishing. (and I'm not in Norg right now, so I can't tell you his exact name. However, he's pretty hard to miss) Good luck.

I may be giving up part of my market by saying this, but I've bought maybe 15 of these scrolls over time and resold them for 3-4x the price. Only 470 in Norg and I usually price them at 1800. Under 2k is "impulse buy"-level money. People will spend the 1800 if they're even thinking about knowing someone who is going to be a summoner.
If you have one listed at the AH you can have another in your inventory, too. Good Bazaar material. :)
