Pot/Seed Elements

I was wondering if anyone knew if the arcane flowerpot is associate with an element, like the Brass Flowerpot has a Fire Element, the Earth Flowerpot has an Earth Element, the Ceramic Flowerpot has a Water Element, and the Porcelain Flowerpot has a Wind Element?

Also, do Cactus Stems, Tree Saplings, and Tree Cuttings have elements, just like the Vegetable Seeds, Grain Seeds, Fruit Seeds, and Herb Seeds.

Allahkazham has an excellent, almost perfect explanation of Gardening in the Guide Section called
Quote:
Advanced Guide to Gardening
, but these things were not mentioned, but would surely follow the author's theory, proven as far as I'm concerned, that the elements of everything used in gardening, Pot, Seed, Feed Crystal(s), Plant Day, Feed Day(s), Harvest Days, as well as the moon phase determines your crop and how much of it you get.

So please, any information on the elements of these items would be highly appreciated from anybody.

Thanks.

It only completed the post one time according to the web server, but obviously, the first two times worked, dont asked me how(the info never made it to the server. I am very against spamming, so sorry, and ignore the next two posts. Please tell me if there is a way to delete your own posts, just in cast this happens again

So, very sorry for spam. Smiley: mad

Got my arcane flowerpot yesterday. Lucky too. Spent 50k on two infinity cores and 42k on two purple chips. Went to Horutoto Ruins for the apparatus, first try Arcane Flowerpot !!! Second try lightning cluster :(. It would suck to lose 92k on two lightning clusters but I got my flowerpot. For sale in Jueno on Seraph for 250k *^-^*

Since the flowerpot is Rare there was no way you could hold two at that moment anyway. ^^ But I've done things like that before... like hunting the Tumbling Truffle while wearing a Fungus Hat already (d'oh!).

I was wondering, though... anybody know the "chances" of getting this flowerpot? I'm really interested in trying for one but I'd like to know what my chances are before spending 30-50K per attempt. I know there's about 6 different possibile outcomes (Cermet Chunks, Lightning Clusters, etc etc) but is there a list anywhere that might state the chances of getting each possible reward? (EX: "Cermet Chunk X 8 [30%], Lightning Cluster X 1 [50%], Arcane Flowerpot X 1 [5%]" or something similar.)

Odd question, But...

When it's in your Moghouse, does it in fact emit a strange sound?

So far all I have noted from mine is that they grow slower than the average pots.

the arcane pot results from the first two harvest are in. So far all the recipes are the same, the growing period is longer, but the yeild has been larger overall.

pot#1
Tree cutting
1. light
2.dark harvested: 8 dark crystals

pot#2
Tree Cutting
1.light
2.light Harvested: 12 platinum nuggets

trying a fruit tree and a tree sapling next. Will keep things updated.

How did you get it? Through the AH or did you get it yourself?

I believe you can either get it in Dynamis or pay a few hundred thousand for it in the AH.

Nope you get it in the Strange apparatus by combining a Purple Chip and a Infinity Core in the Outer Horutoto Ruins.

(From West Sarutabaruta (F-4) to Outer Horutoto Ruins. It progresses to the following map from I-6. It hides in the wall of the map F-6, and is a passage.)

You dont have to go to just the ruins. If you talk to the goblin merchant in N. Sandoria (by stack of wood at the bottom of the stairs) he'll offer to sell you colored chips. You have to correspond these colored chips to thier elements, and those elements to thier relative dungeons (ex: Purple and Hurotio) <--SPelling?

Anyways, all those dungeons have "a strange apparatus"
you trade a colored chip and an infinity core to the strage apparatus it'll ask you for a passcode (ask raound for these i dont think they matter) and if you're lucky, i think you get items.

According to several dictionaries - Arcane means "hidden, or secret" and is widely used in alchemy - so I'm assuming it has something to do with gardening alchemy items. Just a guess.
