lol, lv 11 to make these? I'm clothcraft lv 2 and I've made 5 in a row. So I guess I'll keep making these 'til I reach 11 or something.

I made these cause they were fairly cheap to make. I made then until skill level 10 and sold them to a NPC, because the guild wouldnt buy them, for about 150gil. After i stopped at level 10, I did the thing to become a Recruit (spell check) in the guild. Go to the item "Sitabaki" next for more info.

I got up to level 8 making this and I think I'll get up to level 12 taking them back apart. This is a wonderful item, if only it wasn't so valueless with the AHs.

the guy who said that the levels listed here are closer to the level you stop gettin skill points its totally right and they should change it around. how i know this? well i was making this at level 1 clother and been making them since then only failed a couple of times, and the profit isn't that great so just keep making them until you can safely make doublet and giaters. if you are still making this just sell them to guild or the nearest npc instead of AH in Caithsith they only run for 120-160 npc gives you around 180 and its a quick money making item same as Headgear npc=260 ah=200 see the difference? anyway good luck

I was doing these from 10-11 skill and didn't fail once with advanced support on windday. I also broke them down using lightning crystals and managed a number of HQ results (4x-6x grass threads instead of just 3 grass threads) and +.2 skill (failing about 50% of the time with advanced synth support on lightningday).

The level of skill required should be lowered for this item; it can be attempted with a very small chance of success at skill level 2. ^^

The rating on all items here is the max at which you can still gain skill points. They changed this over a few weeks ago.

I did it 5 times in a row. Small chance or pure luck? You decide.
