Does this have to be the only thing in your mog house to get the enhancement? Or does it just have to be in there?

I want this so bad... need to get my apron too -.-;; and about 15.5 more lvls in cloth. Hoping to have it in a few months time however, even if it means putting off lvling rdm.
Would anyone happen to know if this moghancement's effect can be increased by nuking your moghouse with as much earth elemental gear as possible? (I read somewhere it was earth elemental)

What level of clothcraft do you need?
