it says lvl to use is 4, so i can change job and still get 990 exp points for my lvl 4 job? can anyone verify this???
Yes, you can indeed get it with a higher lvl job, switch jobs, and use it as long as your new job is at least lvl 4. It's made lvling as a WHM a lot easier for me.

I used this after doing the Eco Warrior quest and got 990 experience points!
It gived 500-999 experience points.

Doesn't this Item give you experience properties?
Yeh it gives u EXP.
