Sadly, GotennII, I guess you don't know what Charisma does for a Paladin, either. Charisma is put on gear like this for the purposes of enhancing the -Killer effects. SE has plainly stated that Charisma has no effect on enmity. Ladies and Gentlemen, Kaiser Gear - Intimidation at its finest.
The CHR is also used for Great Sword Relic ws I believe, -STR and +CHR actually make it stronger, both PLD and WAR can use Koenig and the final great sword ws.

Sadly i guess you dont konw what chr does for a pld
see the more CHR you have the slower you loose hate, so if u have a lot of CHR then you have an easier time keeping it, especially on GODs that u have 17 other people hitting it, and you have to keep hate.
so see this gear was made to not take a lot of dmg, and to keep hate really well
