Yagudo Conquistadors, Priors, Lutenists and Zealots for an Oztroja Chest Key. As I was killing these for my BST AF2 Gaitors when this item dropped.

This will most likely have a different cap [30, or maybe 40?] I'm also willing to bet you can get the head arms and heads from the new garrisons.
Anyways I got a Thirteen Knot quipus while doing the Magicite mission not long after the update. [Got it off an Interogator on the stairs up in Castle Ostroja] It sounds like any Yagudo you can fight on the stairs and the level above, drop em [as I've heard from other members in my LS]
I'm also willing to bet you can get some kinda rock and cryptex in Beadeaux and Davoi.
Anyways me and my LS are working on gettin a group together for the new Garrison, and are probably gonna get slaughtered [but I live for that, no problems here] I'l post what I find out.

im betting that if Aragoneu were under bastokan control a bastokan can use it. i bet the only restriction is that u must be from the country that controls the region of the item
The following conditions must be meet:
* The garrison starter must be from the nation controlling the region
(The NPC will not fall for trickery from other nations)
* The beastmen must NOT be the dominant faction.
(The NPC doesn't think the beastmen will attack if they are already winning)
* There must not be a ballista active in that region. (including pre-match sign-ups!)

I got this drop while camping Ochiudos in Castle Oztroja...Being a Bastokan can i use this for anything? (o_O)

It said in the last update that there were new Garrison areas added... Does that mean there are San d'Orian and Bastokan counterparts? And if so, what are the level caps?

actually...it is. so apparently tryin to act smart didnt work for you. new garrison....aragoneau. have fun.

Yagudo Votaries in Giddeus
votaries drop 7 knot quipus in giddeus for sarutabaruta garrison, never seen a 13 come from giddeus myself.
o, oops my bad. i didnt know there were a 7 knot and a 13 knot x_x
