I have made a good few of these on the Asura server and they sell for a good 100k in bastok and jeuno,
Also been useing them to make the Poisona rings 50k each for them!

You need the key item gold purification for 40,000 guild points to make this. So whether or not it gives you the recipie early I can confirm you need it. I couldnt make it before i got it and after getting Key Item made it easy.

AT GS 12-13, you can get 20 caps from the adv. synth NPC, and technically, silver ingots are 20 caps, too. Noticed how the ores you are working w/ are SILVER, not PLATINUM. Strange that it became platinum ingots now that you sprayed it w/ some anima o_O
I got this recipe from the "Advanced Support" person's Synthesis Information at L12 or 13, the same time I was given a lot of the L20 cap recipes, so maybe it's about a level 20 cap. I haven't tried it though because I definitely don't have the gold purification.

I'm only 16.2 GS, but the low level recipe person (normal sythesis support) gave me this recipe.
