If this sauce were in fact made from Tarutaru, wouldn't it give MP instead of HP? ^^ I can see the defense only being 1% though. ><

Being a genderless (or genital-less) Galka, I am DEEPLY offended by serving up 'Galkan Sausage' - it's a racial slap in the face. End the anti-Galka racism, please.

Before they think about grinding this Ranger to make any Tarutaru sauce they need to think about the sucking chest wounds they are gonna have to deal with !

I apologize, but I can't seem to start a new post here.

Ah, hello. Well first of all I'd like to apologize for the behaviour of certain of my colleagues you may have seen earlier, but they are from broken homes, circus families and so on and they are in no way representative of the new modern improved Tarutaru Navy. They are a small vociferous minority; and may I take this opportunity of emphasizing that there is no cannibalism in the Tarutaru Navy. Absolutely none, and when I say none, I mean there is a certain amount, more than we are prepared to admit, but all new ratings are warned that if they wake up in the morning and find toothmarks at all anywhere on their bodies, they're to tell me immediately so that I can immediately take every measure to hush the whole thing up. And, finally, necrophilia is right out. Now, this expedition is primarily to investigate reports of cannibalism and necrophilia in...this expedition is primarily to investigate reports of unusual marine life in the as yet uncharted Lake Tavnazia...

Look if you guys are so upset about a little thing like Tarutaru Sauce, how come I don't see similar complains for *this* item?

(As with the sausage i agree, it's made BY tarutaru not FROM tarutaru :p)

There is really no need for a reply. It is clear to all the reason that there are no female Galka, for all the male Galka have been neutered into food.

Tarutaru Sauce
# Sep 28 2004 at 11:16 PM Rating: Decent
My guess is that they meant tartar sauce which is pronounced "tarutaru so-su" in Japanese. The developers probably messed it up.
RE: Tarutaru Sauce
# Sep 29 2004 at 2:45 AM Rating: Decent
But it could be that they actually do mean TaruTaru sauce in the sense that the TaruTaru make the sauce for it ... ?? I dunno ^^

Maybe, just maybe, the taru taru sauce is actually like a taru taru made sauce, not taru taru as an ingredient. I do not see any taru's in the ingreedient list anyway :D

Remember, theres no mithras in a Mithra Fishing Rod

I always wondered why my cousin never came back when he went to explore the remains of Tazvania. I thought that maybe he died valiantly and heroically, and now I find out he probably ended up being ladeled out on top of a fish dinner.

Hm, I'm assuming that it said "Tarutaru sauce" in the sense that the Tarutaru make the sauce, not that they're used to make it. Anyway, it is misleading (and hilarious), but I can't think of a better way to word it than to say "Tarutaru-made sauce", and that's still a little confusing...

You are neglecting the point of defense he gained from the vitality boost. Therefore his %Defense bonus could not have been more than 2%.

Whether it is 1% or 2%, the item is not particularly special.
