Made this with 52 Cloth and 21 Leather with Adv Leather support on my first try! LS mate of mine wanted one so I used and HQ crystal before and had it signed. Not sure what the HQ% rate is on these but I'd like to know if anyone has that info.

The HQ rate all depends on your levels for Leather and Clothcraft. I find I get about 33-66% HQ rates with 93.6 Cloth and 60 Leather. This is on Windsday facing East. No imagery support of any kind however.
