This seems to be easy to get. I got this item off of a skink while I was running back to Jeuno. It aggroed me and dropped this. I didnt have CoP at the time so I know that you dont need CoP to collect the item. [Doesnt make sense though]

A sphene earring
a Naphille Pochette.
The latter drops off ochu in rolanberry fields.

I don't think this is a CoP item. I remember a party where we got one way back when I was leveling in Garlaige. Long before CoP was out even in Japan.

This item is one of the many random items you may be told to collect for a CoP quest offered by Taillegeas in Ru Lude Garden Palace area. However it's only offered when you are in Promathia Chapter 3 onwards...

oh my god, the drop rate on this thing is unbelievable.

I have 6 copies of this damn diary in my MH... i hope the quest is repeatable that they are used for. I may sell them at the Tenshodo and just get more later if i need it.

I got 3 of em in 30 minutes time. Don't bother saving them just go kill 3-5 skinks when you wanna do your quest. save your space. Or I sold mine to Ghebi at the tenshodo house for 163 a pop =/

weird....i might just keep this to see what it's for.
pfft another thing to clog up my mog safe lol. Oh well, gonna keep it...hopefully it will be used in some sort of CoP quest that gives 1 billion gil ^^;

Anyone figure out what these are for? I know its probably gonna be a quest in CoP but just wondering if its a new quest already available.
