Added clamming flag and food effect.
I just clammed up 4 of these while waiting for a party to get together, but can't find any information regarding what they are used for...

I ate one of these today, to see what it did. Yes, I'm a Mithra.
+4 vit, -5 dex, +17.6% def.
I was wearing mining gear, so my defense was low, so that measure is not as accurate as it could be... I'll try again (I have 5 more slugs) when I have my normal armor on.
