Mulsum in recipe listed above is incorrect. It should be honey x1 instead. All the other ingredients are correct.

(Movement Speed) (Do you have it?)
# Jan 25 2005 at 7:51 PM Rating: Excellent
ok, my original goal was to get annihilator, but here's my brand NEW goal, which i find to be a lot more realistic and easier to accomplish (although it still hasn't put me off getting the annihilator :P): get strider boots, kingdom aketon and crimson cuisses, sub THF and use flee, drink one of these, and get a bard to cast chocobo mazurka on me. @_@ i'm pretty sure all of this put together is somwhere around +96% movement speed O_O!!!

EDIT: then, i have to sprint around san d'oria at my new 1337 speed screaming "NO ONE CAN OUT RUN THE FLASH!!!!!"

The Strider Boots, Crimson Cussies, and Chocobo Mazurka will stack, but the Flee and Hermes Quencher will not. They are both a "Flee" effect, so they cannot stack. Good Luck with Annihilator though!! ~.^
Flee in a bottle
# Jan 23 2005 at 1:58 AM Rating: Decent
Its confirmed, This is Flee in a bottle. I used it today in East altepa desert and i FLEW! Ive never gone so fast in my gameing career >_<
Im pretty sure its duration is based on lvl too, it lasted way longer on my lvl 46 mnk than it did on my lvl 25 war (tried to dash to Yhoator with it and it wore off to soon /cry)

i am addicted to this item...i literally always try to carrry atleast four at a time. the duration has only been different in 2 areas (cities, and xp zones) in port jeuno it lasted form exactly at the top of the zone of sauramogue chaimpaigne(sp? XD) to JUST literally JUST outside of the MH passed the NPC to move into rent-a-room :p in all other zones it lasts just under the length of flee(tested, and proved) ^_^ i race in both jeuno and other areas. however once when i was on whm lv45 or so in Eastern Altepa Desert it lasted for only about 22seconds from Altepa gate crystal to Signet NPC near zone. ^_^ since then on multiple jobs (lv1-59) it has worked the same as said above with the exception of the one time :3 *stops talking now* ^^ hope it helped some (7K on Midgar server)

Standard time for flee is 30 seconds. There are items to increase this time (however, I do not know if they only increase the THF flee ability, or the enchantment and this as well). But. When looking at the general cost of this item, and knowing how hard it is to harvest Mugswort, I would consider this a novelty item at best. The only practical use would be if a) you do not get a medicine effect, and b) you are kitting a mob for your life...
Either way, I might make a couple for fun, but I will save my mugsworts for dex and agi potions:)

Hermes Quencher
# Oct 11 2004 at 10:25 PM Rating: Decent
Hermes Quencher is "Flee in a bottle." It alows anyone that uses it to flee for 1 minute reguardless of job. A fairly unique item that is producable around lvl 90 Alchemy. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

It says that it temporarily increases movement speed. My guess is that it's simply "flee in a bottle." Though I haven't bought one yet.

Quenching is also the process of cooling a piece of metal that is being worked on in water or oil....

So a Hermes Quencher might be a type of item used in smithing....a water trough or something similar

Very true ^^ -- but, perhaps they mean "Quencher" in the sense of "thirst quencher", ie, something like Gatorade...
