THIS DOES NOT CAP AT 70. Please be careful if you attempt to skill on this item. I crafted 12 potions and never got 1 skill up, i looked on somepage and they list the cap as 68.

Don't fall into the same trap i did and try to skill up on this thing.
Medicated Status Duration

Medicated status duration on these is 5-6mins. Meaning you cannot use any other "medicines" during that time period. Which would include Icarus wings or another hyper potion. You can however use a vile elixir since it is not affected by the medicated status.

These would be great to skill up on.

Water crystalsx12 - 1k
Flytrap leaf x12 - 12k (easy to farm too)
Hecteyes x12 - 3k (also easy to farm)
Sage x24 - 2k (cheap from vendors)
Movalpolos water x12 - 6k
Hyperpotion x12 - 360k sells about 6 a day on my server.

only problem no one ever controls the movalpolos! I can never get the damn water. there has to be a mob or some other way to obtain it.

FYI, for those of you takeing these to a Maat fight. If you use an Icarus Wing you cannot take a Hyper potion afterwards, It classifies as medicine. (my husband found this out the hard way >.< )

You were trying to make it way to close to the level. Although you'll get more breaks, start making an item when you are about 6 levels below it and then switch when you start slowing down in skill-ups (usually 2-3 levels under the cap) pick out your next item. You'll skill a lot faster that way.

well you should get some skill ups even if you're 1 away from cap. that's why its called the cap. so like if u make like 20 of them u should get at least .1 skill ups. so maybe, just maybe this item is lvl 69 cap lol

Heh, also... just because you're level 69 and it caps to 70, doesn't mean that you will get skill ups. Their is a probability that you will, but it doesn't necisarilly happen. For all we know, the guy only tried synthing a few of them...

Decided to test out on my 31RNG while I was farming. Used it, gained 250HP, was unable to medicate for 5 minutes on the button. Theres your duration for non-medicating, 5 mins.

This Potions gives 250 hp in one shot. The time it takes to drink as a Hi-potion or faster. You can not drink another Hyper potion or any other item that gives the delay effect, but you can drink other potions during the effect. e.g. Hyper pot then a Hi-potion right after.

This potion has saved my *** lots of times, it makes a great panic potion because of the low drink delay.

O.K. I have decided to end all the speculation by actually testing this Hyper Potion out. It recovers 250 HP but is treated as a medicine so you cannot keep on taking it. I have forgot to time the medicine effect but it does not last long (Icarus Wing effect seems to take forever to wear off). Also, this potion does not increase movement speed.

I heard this increases movement speed. Can anyone confirm this?

That's what it says on MysteryTour, which is in my experience almost 100% reliable. I can't confirm it myself though.

The potion that increases movement for a short time is the Hermes Quencher. Hyper Potion restores HP.
