right after that huge version update problem i started hunting. (there were only a little more than 700 people on Asura) after about 15 minutes i killed lizzy and got the boots, yay!. or not...

i went to jeuno to find that the transaction fee was above 20,000 gil, so i decided to sell my equipment to get the money. (my equipment was outdated anyway) so i unequip everything and go the magic shop in lower jueno and empty my entire inventory to the shop, i got about 22,000 gil for my stuff woo hoo! it wasn't until i left the shop that i realised the leaping boots were in my inventory when i sold everything O.O

thats right i sold the leaping boots to a magic shop. want to know how much? 107 GIL!

so i'm royally screwed now, i have no equipment and not enough money to buy new equipment ;_;

I know it's late in the game, but i finally decided hell i'm gonna get me some leaping boots. I decided to camp the emp as well over the weekend. I spent and entire day on the emp trying to lean how to camp him.

Saw him 3 times that day and got the claim on the last one. Dropped the pin first time! I don't plan on going back there until i need to get my scorp harness.


Lizzy i'm 1/2 took two claims to get the drop, but the fast spawn time was nice, although i had a good bit of competiton there as well.

Now all i need is jack to drop my damn charm and i'm all set for a while currently 0/5 on him

900k-1 mil on bismarck, i've been camping for 3 hours then some guy came in, lizzy pops he claims it -_- i'm pissed lol

It was so awesome. I had camped LL before but had a 0/9 record. On my way to Bastok from Valkurm after farming lizard skins as my RDM50/THF19 i jokingly say, "Hey why don't I check Lizzy?" I flipped a **** when i took my chocobo into the lower part of her pop zone, and actually saw that *****. I jumped off my choco and cast dia. I couldnt believe my luck. Fight lasts like 4 hits and I see the message pop up, You find a pair of leaping boots on Leaping Lizzy. I think i was inches away from going into cardiac arrest. I've been checking my inventory every 10 seconds for the past hour just to see if they are actually there. I felt kinda bad after i got drop though ( I equipped them immediately when they dropped and started /dancing all over the place to moans of agony and defeat). Needless to say I am, the luckiest person on the planet for today.

Right now I'm 5/11 on Lizzy. I've only camped with TH1 as 25thf/12rng. Spam widescan/flee then claim with steal or dart (cheap range with low delay).

these boots were 380 in Titan but i over bid them by 100k and now the prices have been rising ever since there 560k atm
