These are not technically a +1 item, they just seem so because of the statistical difference. They dont have a price jump like most +1 items and you dont need a high level to make them. However, tis true, like most +1 items, these are not found in any shops. (At least none I know of anyway)

they are a pluss one item just differnt name..
So besides the auction house where might I get one of these?
Der crafting them. ????? I have never found any +1 items being sold by NPC's. And I do not Believe that they are quested.
