How can I make this item, and others, with +1 bonuses? DO you need a super high skill, the right time of the day, the moon???
Just made my first Copper Hairpin +1 with a level 29 Goldsmithing skill on Iceday with no support. For me, it looks like a I have (roughly) an 8% chance of making a +1.
