its a good item if you need str and dex uber fast. the spike necklace is better by like 100000..so just save up and get that one

this is one of the few 'must have' items for any melee character especially THF. goes for around 1200g in the AH. but if u can afford (or save up) the 8k for the spike necklace, EVEN BETTER
