I see there's a little confusion regarding what drops these, so I'll clear it up by posting this on the forums for all three recollections.
All three appear in all promyvions, but they're dropped by different mobs in each promyvion.
In Promyvion-Dem:
Wanderers drop Recollection of Pain
Weepers drop Recollection of Guilt
Seethers drop Recollection of Fear
In Promyvion-Holla:
Wanderers drop Recollection of Fear
Weepers drop Recollection of Pain
Seethers drop Recollection of Guilt
In Promyvion-Mea:
Wanderers drop Recollection of Guilt
Weepers drop Recollection of Fear
Seethers drop Recollection of Pain
This should clear everything up. :)

Drops will change on the different floors as well. example you can get all 3 recollection from the same mob on each of the different floors. The above list refers to first floor mobs.

I went to Promyvion-Mea to farm recollections with 2 other LS members today and we got one of these there on the first floor.
I got one off of a Weeper on the first "floor" of Holla while solo farming.

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds really creapy? Recollection of pain, sheesh. That's so strangely haunting...
It isn't creepy, it's just eerie.
I found a Recollection of Pain in Holla as well (though it seemed like Fear Recollections were the most common there.)
These drop off any of the larger Empty in Dem on any level. The Gorgers seem to have a higher drop rate from my experiances
I got mine from a Wanderer, so size doesn't matter.
I suspect that each of the Recollections only comes from one crag. I've only heard/read people getting the Recollection Of Pain from Dem. Since I already have a ROP, I don't really want to waste time trying to farm another Recollection, only to lose it because I'd be soloing there.
Seen this dropped off a Wanderer in Dem.

Got mine off of a Gorger on the first floor in Dem.
