And how did you come to that conclusion?
if you have a a recruit lvl leathercraftin skill and you make a rabbit mantle over and over and over again you will eventually get a rabbit mantle +1 but u dont have to have a recruit lvl in leathercraft just have to make them over and over and you will get lucky and get that special +1

This is a great item to have at lower levels because of the added DEF, this mantle runs for roughly 3-3.5k, so go to your nearest auction house today and grab one.

For a +1 item, the odds are increased by repeatedly making the item. And also by having you level above the max level for the item.
