Bee Larvae  

I was camping this thing in the temple for 7 hours yesterday without the drop. Was soloing them with my bst/whm so didn't have even TH1, but it was quite fun =) I don't expect to get the drop any time soon, so I'm not really waiting for it to drop when I'm killing the bees. I'm just getting some xp, farming, skill upping. The larva is just a bonus if it drops =) Ofcourse I want the dagger for my Bard. Don't know why, but I want it =) I think I'll have to ask a thf friend to join me though ^^;

Just spent some time here with LS friends, and got the drop. As a lvl 51 thf I can't wait to fight Death from Above and get my dagger.

There are 4 wespe spawns near the entrance you can fight without dealing with any tonberry aggro. Even if you get aggro there is a zone deirectly behind you. The drop took about 2.5 hours to get and YES these things do use Final sting. Hit our PLD lvl 57 for 400-800 hp. So keep the tank's health full once the mob is below 50% health.
