I own one. they rock in Bibiki Bay when Bastok is in first. Or they did til I got a Jelly ring
I guess this could have uses, but overall meh.
I think Bastok has been in first place one week since I started a year ago on Titan

I have seen this ring before. It looks the same as the bastokan ring, only with obviously better stats.
