I read on another website that the cap was 20, but who knows?
I believe what you are refferring to is the skill level when making Silver Ingots will no longer raise your Goldsmithing Skill. I'm not entirely sure on that (it's how I interpreted the Skill Limits from Mysterytour).
The site lists the Skill Limit (cap) for using Ores at 20, and for using the Beastman Coins at 18.
its not that your too low level, its just that the times you fail is based on your level, i did brass flowerpots til 12 because of this, wait til you are HIGHER than the recipe to do it, and you will not fail as much.
I started silver at 10 with 4x ore. Beastcoins seemed to have a high fail rate below 15, so get buffed and craft only on fireday if you're using them before that level.
No, what he means is that someone made a silver ingot out of a lightining crystal and something.... does anyone know this recipe, because I saw it as well.
silver hairpin + lightning crystal probably just melts it down to silver ingots again. same as you can use lightning crystals with your old armer to get back the materials it would have taken to make them.
I saw a high lvl *** was use lightning to make Silver Ingot. After he make a silver hairpin with wind crystal. After he try to make something with silver hairpin using lightning crystal. Anyone know what it is and at what lvl we can do it?
I was just doing this. It's a decent way to raise your skill after level 20. I've gotten mine to 24 so far, but it's very expensive. I highly recommend doing this only on lightning day and with advanced synthesis imagins support:
