everyone i have asked seems to have no idea what the name of the npc is that you talk to to get the quest in order to purify these awesome pieces of armor,so if you have any information,please help^^ ty

Not sure of his name but i remember a guy in the basement or back room of the church in Sandy telling me that if I find any cursed items bring them to him and he will purify for you
his middle initial is C ^^
I don't remember his name, but I do know his location. You take one piece of cursed armor along with the coresponding Abjuration to a NPC in the Sandy Cathedral (he's in a corner of the study room off to the left as you enter).
