So... on Lakshmi, these go for 120k.
The recast -2 will be sooo awesome.
Considering how many times I would
Finale the mobs Ice Spikes, or whatever,
and once they wear off, the mob slaps
me in the face, and puts up spikes again.
...then you sit there, spamming Finale,
until it's usable again. It's a long, a
nnoying wait. Now the time will be cut down^^.
The only other song I can see it benefitting is Prelude, for ranged accuracy. Rangers could eat that **** up. Otherwise it's like, "OH GODZ, I NEED TO RECAST BALLADZ LOZL!" ... but you have plenty of time before it wears off.
For roughly 120k, I say, add this to your armoir.
Should be defeinitely worth it.

what level do the sub crafts have to be? 60?

Pair that with a Military Harp and you'd be good for xp parties. The +singing would probably be better for mobs with high resist rates though.

Just the fact that Choral Cuffs have +5 Singing skill, arguably giving the gloves a +10 CHR (2CHR per 1 singing skill point), these gloves aren't really worth it unless you're going for the Look.
I guess being a Bard does include some sort of fashion sense, although I haven't found it with my ugly *** Justaucorps & mushroom hat.
In my opinion, I'll pass on these and keep the AF gloves.

Err... If you have ever been in an endgame event or LS you would know how valuable the decrease in recast delay is. Combine that with +5 Chr and some mp and you get: :)
