I've looked and can not find information on exactly what subtle blow is, and what plus 10 gives to you.

Subtle Blow is a Job Trait that reduces the amount of TP an enemy gets when you attack it. With Subtle blow +10, the enemy will probably get an extremely tiny amount of TP every time you hit it, perfect for Theif, with their Triple Attack Job trait (Plus if they sub Ninja and Dual Wield two weapons, they hit six times).
Damn this harness can give the scorpion harness a run for it’s money. The +10 attack, +6 Dex and Agi are good stats not to mention the subtle blow +10 this piece of equipment is great for Nm hunting for Thief’s trying to go solo, thf’s like me. (I’m a greedy *******, lol) I wonder… how much will this cost have not sold on my sever yet, I haven’t even seen one in the Ah.

Look at the items needed to make this :/. None have been sold on my server as well, but I know it will not be cheap.
Especially if it needs 100 Boneworking to make consistently.
