Hard to say for a White Mage the Dominus (enchantment Regain MP) may be preferable to this one. But it is a hard call.
I can almost equip this shield. It looks pretty bad *** for rdm. My balance buckler is pretty cool for melee, but this would be awesome for casting. All of that elemental defense could come in handy certain times too.
