that is the recipe on somepage which seems fare enough. and yes therte use to be dia3 before zilart but they took it out >.< (i think it was cause no one was using it or some dumb reason like that)

I wonder if desynthing the Aqueous Orichalcum Ingot will give the scroll. Any thoughts?

There used to be Dia III pre-zilart.So i asuume that the recipe has changed.

Well, this Recipe is obviously wrong as their is no such thing as Scroll: Dia III (Oh how I wish....) and before you say something along the lines of "Well maybe its just not out YET, it was posted by Auto-collection blah blah blah".... no, Look at the link to the Ring itself. People have seen it, and on AH no less, if the Ring exists, then the Recipe exists, and since this recipe can't be completed, it is obviously false.
