The Fomor Bards that spawn in the Aht Urhgan areas wield Star Rods.
This is an item only GMs get to have. And not regular GM's, but the GMs that Marry you. So you cannot get this rod, sorry.

I have no idea how to get one, but I sent in a pic..
Although, I do have a feeling it's for admins and such .. Examined the Wedding GM, and he had it equipped. As well as 2 Windurstian Rings (Which are Rare/ex.. I'd lvoe to be able to put 2 rare items on XD)
