once i have all the cards where do i go with them to finish the quest. (can't remember)

Just go to the area bye Jeuno. My PT went there and we got ALOT of Ebisu Cards.
Yeah, but you had to be a high enough level to do that safely ^^ My 32 WHM self couldn't do it alone, and even in a small group with high levels, I had to have a buddy next to me to pick off aggro since I couldn't keep myself invised when I was touching the overturned soil.
It did not spawn in the lowest zones at all, as far as I could tell. It spawned only occasionally in the middle zones (Tahrongi, La Theine, etc.) It did spawn much more commonly near Jeuno, but again, you had to be SAFE there to obtain it easily.
Therefore, it was the hardest to obtain of all the cards.
