i got these and i like them im a 60 mnk and i do is i use mf af boots hit dodge then switch to these , i have bad probs with taking hate from tanks so anything hel p me get hit less im all for it. half the time i tank more than the actuall tank is just cus they cant get hate from me with me just hiting.

Yea, there is a Vampire Cloak, lvl 70 DRK, and a Vampire Mask, lvl 51, they are all dropped off the same mob

On Fairy, these thing are rare i think, but very cheap, I bought mine for only 5k at our Jeuno AH, which is a great deal for when you want to solo or go farming.
