Any idea of the effects of this food item?
Well, it's the HQ of Brain Stew, so it's going to (almost certainly) have a duration of 4 hours, and give benefits to DEX, INT, MND, hHP, and hMP. My guess is that the primary stat boosts will be upped by one, so DEXuINTuMND+6, but the hHP/hMP may go up by one or two. I'd be inclined to say just one, because the bonus is being distributed over two stats, so this comes out to a speculative:
