As a 75pld I can see the use for the salad and tacos. They are very similar as far as effects go. But Tacos are better suited for a exp party due to the facts that 1. A stack of Tacos last for 6hrs where 1 salad last 3hrs 2. As a tank, you are expected to take all the damage. That is a given. Plus, if death is going to happen to anyone, the tank is the perfered person do die. Of course death is not perfered but it does happen. Now, if that tank would die using salad, he would have wasted a good 3hr food very quickly. Hence, tacos are much more practical for areas where death accures frequently. Most exp partys 70+, death does not occur. The exp lvl of the players usually assure a successful party. But for god runs and dynamis, Tacos should be the food of choice for Paladins imo.
i made one of these so far when crafting salads for taco's. And i've made a lot of salads
on Ragnarok they don't seem to sell all that often, put mine in and it got sent back to me, i put it in for 30k when there was 1 other in, and they go for 30k consistantly. the normal salad goes for 20k.
i make my own salad for taco's becuase taco's go for up to 25k and i would loose money if i didn't.
everyone think these things rock, yet i hate making them lol. i would much rather make a tav. salad to use in tacos then one of these. i made 2 the other day and had a near impossible time unloading them. finally had to sell them to a LS member.
Tavnazian Taco is way cheaper for an entire stack (about 35k a stack on Quetzalcoatl, which gives 6 hrs of effect per stack), and gives +1% more def boost and the same boost on everything but agi (+3 instead of +4). I don't see why anyone would wish to spend far more gil for less time overall under food's effects and slightly less def % boost just to get that extra +1 agi.
