The picture of the Wise Gloves says that they give +4mnd, not +4mp. Unfortunately, the stats on the item say +4mp so the stat calculator shows anyone looking at their char with these on to have +4mp instead of the +4mnd they should have. This is true as of 15Feb06.

As far as usefulness goes, not counting rare/ex gear, these are the best (NQ) RDM solo gloves. The MND contributes to some of our most important soloing concerns by enhancing Stoneskin, Paralyze, Slow, and Savage Blade. The accuracy is a wonderful bonus and for all that the defense is still reasonably high.

For RDM/RNG's that like to use Sidewinder (a build typically reserved for NM hunting or farming), the RACC clearly helps, though I see very few RDM/RNG these days. One possible use for the RACC outside of that may be landing Demon Arrows in solo, particularly useful when you are /blu and don't have access to (or want to bother with) crimson or blood greaves.

Not the best..

Heh, Im sexy :D

Anyway, most of the wise set is useless. It has its ups and downs, and the Ranged Acc+ is kinda like.. "wtf?".

As for the magic acc+ that doesnt seem to help much. I duo golems in sky with another RDM friend all the time. And we both got the full Wise set to test it out. And it didnt really help much with getting resisted. Although, golems are random.

Anyway. In turn, I kept the pants. They are nice for solo. Not the best stats, but they do look awsome on taru xD

As for the other pieces, they are kinda a "status" type thing of letting others know your Lv 72 and have the items. The boots are deffintly a must unless you got AFv2. +4 INT is deffintly a nice thing to have. The body piece is ok not the best. I use AF1 body for the Enfeebling +.

Head is useless sorta as well but its my opinion on it. Ive been 75 RDM for a while now, been testing out diffrent things, and I have my setup the way I like for solo nuking and such. As well as solo melee.
Ranged Accuracy?

One thing that I can't figure out is the Ranged Accuracy... And this isn't the only piece of the Rdm JSE that has it either.

So why does Rdm get R Acc+?? Does any Rdm actually use a bow?
Ranged Accuracy?

RDMs can equip bows too, Elemental arrows are nice and Demon arrows with there attack down effect. Bows are just a toy though when youre say, skilling up with a friend/leveling npc/doing something with someone.

I wouldn't bother getting the other enfeeble arrows since RDMs already have the spells.

It's for the red mage's Morion tathlum. Because sooner or later you'll toss it, and what could be worse than having it missing? This lets it go out with some grace.
Worth it?

These gloves are awesome, for solo.. though the +MND might help those RDM who find themselves healing more then enfeebling/nuking, but I myself don't have this problem.

If you're going to solo alot/melee then you might want to get you some (I think they are going for 800k-2MIL somewhere in that range, on Cerberus)

If you're going to be a RDM however, in a PT or on Gods, then stick with the Errant Cuffs.

because if a rdm can hit its target... it doesnt HURT to melee.. i stopped meleeing because i never hit anything anymore heh. Plus We seem to exp against mobs with powerful AoE. Though i take 0 dmg from such attacks (buffs) i get bored of having to redo them, so i get lazy and stand back lol.

if you were a galka or elvaan red mage perhaps and lacked the dexterity... or perhaps were one of those red mage who insisted upon melee. Since we all know red mage have the dexterity of a hippo on rollerskates.

Should imagine it would go down well with rdm/nin who like to hit their foe and hit often.

The Synth for this had a minor mistake which actually had me baffled all morning.

Everything is correct but it needs to be noted that you need two pieces of Saruta Cotton instead of one.

ok the synth has a mistake on it my friend tried to make this item with the items listed and the crystal listed and it said that the synth could not be done cause of the combination of the materials cannot be synthesized, so if anyone could help out in fixing the problem it would be appreciated thanks
