This gem is dropped of a ENM only. I talked to a 100+3 Goldsmither the other day and he told me is was a ENM ONLY DROP. He made no refrence as to which one it was.
I've seen "Tiger eye" jewelry before. It's a brown stone the appears to have a darker brown line through the middle like a cat's eye. Since the sword this is synthed into requires Goldsmithing, I think it's a safe assumtion that this is a jewel.
