Description says Gold cap as main is 61 with smithing sub, which is not correct, I am only 54+1 gold and have made 6 with no fails and no skillups, however my smithing is 91 so.. I am guessing description is backwards... as per other sets like 83-88 Thick/Celata sets WAR/DRK/BST the head peice not using another armor as a base requires a couple points higher(though the same craft) to make it, which also matches. My priceless "cents" says its Smithing cap 61, Gold approx 27-38 (since aluminum is in 50ish I think (sub materials are usually 70% of main cap) SOooo.. if you want this HQed on Bismarck come see Aramahk :P And yes prices are high on aluminum and yes you will pay 230k for a peice of aluminum junk if you get NQ, and yes I do charge 250% for HQ of cost, still way cheaper than AH so.. you dont like above explanation and details.. you make it :P
every time you type a baby seal dies on the beaches of some uknown land. you should learn more about this game before you post, or rather economics. if the cost of items to create an item are high. than the price shall be high. There are exceptions to this. if the cost of items is high, but the market becomes saturated with the said item, prices will drop. *so tired of stupid people posting*
When more players have access to the mining spots for the ores prices should drop a bit but then people will just sell at the same price.
Also you need pretty good Smithing and Goldsmithing to make this and profit is all in the +1. Maybe its expensive since you can de-synth it into Aluminum maybe?
I just tried to 4 de-synths on alumine salade. 3 fail. 1 NQ to 6 copper nuggets. I personally didn't do it but friend that is 100+3 and 60 in all sub crafts did it. Was pretty funny to watch ~800k in helmets that nobody wants to go down the drain.
Probably bought buy someone who thought it was the HQ version? The HQ versions of this set run in the millions so maybe miss-bid. Or he/she probably thought he could craft it into the HQ, like the IM Armet.
