As long as you're in white HP (70%+) the latent is active
So as long as you know how to basic tank with shadows most of the time you're good

How bout some usefull info like how the latent is activated?
Ok so in responce to myself, I did some diging and it seems this is reverse from a standard latent; ie. always active unless you drop below 2/3 hp.
I have these now, so I can confirm the recipe is real :D

I THOUGHT that "Recycling" was a RNG ability on their AF2 armor that allowed ammo to randomly not be used during a range attack every once in a while.
I guess that's what it is here as well, but seems kinda strange since most WAR I know don't use ranged attacks.

Damn I hate trolls >< Ratings may not mean a lot to some users, but some of us rely on our rating to help move info around our job forums more efficiently. Since every bit of my information is 100% accurate and I wasn't a jerk in the way I posted it, STOP rating it down. It implies incorrect information, and thus misinforms people.

Yes you're reference to the recycling ability is prefectly correct. Yet your post is not relevant to these Unicorn Mittens at all.

TheGateway posted a question about Recycling because if you look at the stats you'll notice someone has placed "Recycling+8" up there instead of "Ranged Attack+8". And although the picture clearly shows it is indeed Ranged Attack, TheGateway probably posted before the picture was added.

Right beneath this post is a question about recycling. As ridiculously off topic as it may be, that's no reason to rate Nekio down for responding to it (not saying you did, Mysterio). Anyhow, I'm pretty sure that Nekio was just in response, not randomly popping out info.

I think "Recycling" is now called "Unlimited Shot", wich alows one ranged attack with out wasting ammunition.
Update: never mind the top........i got this info,
