Gorgets are always active, it's the obi's that only work one day a week.

who wants to bet this is used for a quest about some half elvaan/mithra craving liver and onions
The gorgets i know add a certain % on to the corresponding ws's damage. for example: flame gorget would add 10% (i think thats the correct percent) onto the dmg, and i beleive the light gorget improves sidewinder/slugshot.
But im summary, the gorgets add more dmg to ws's
