The Pumimi Doll is a quest item for the Azimuth Circle event. If you find this at the checkpoint, you trade it to your partner so they can trade it to the moogle.
The event says that you trade your partner's doll in to get "swimwear". I'm guessing this is how you get the new clamming gear.
EDIT: I tried posting the info here multiple times but it keeps crapping out. LoL. Look at the Azimuth Circle event on the main page for more info. :P

What the heck is this thing...
Any idea what this does for me except take a extra slot? Looking to do this event but not a clue what to do at all
