If this is the same doll I'm thinking of, then yes, I know one person who has had one for about a week or so before the event is supposed to come out. He got it as a random drop. We couldn't figure out what it was for, so he's just hanging on to it. His name's Asher, on Gilgamesh. I think he got it off of a goblin, quite accidentally.
that isnt the same doll as this events, thats for a quest/mission something around CoP, stupid quest really. These dolls are the for the Achemists trade off for the swimsuits, asher got it off from a goblin in Batala downs, they also drop counterfeit gil, happy hunting bi
