Yay....No more refreshing the DRKs
If this is anything like the Vampire Cloak "Refresh" effect, it's 1MP/3 seconds, that's 20MP in one minute, not even enough for a stun.
So we'll still need refreshing.
Although, if you want to pay the millions of gil for one, just so you don't have to refresh me, I'll gladly take it :)
