just killed the NM wed june 11 2008 @ 11:30 am EST,
was 1/2 on drop, had a 75 thf friend come down (thx vorador) the second time and his TH3 was working

i was wondering bout wat lvl is this nm that drops this shield?
Just killed this on Pandy at about 3:00 am PST. Was on my way to beadeaux to hunt some NM and saw this guy on the way. Hope i didnt steal him from anyone ^^; So yea theres the ToD for anyone intersted.

The ToD doesn't help anyone if you don't state the name of your server. O-O
Errr "Pandy" would be the server, Pandemonium. Hence "Pandy ToD" as the title :)

So after falling asleep over night in PM and waking up to check WS periodically through the night, I am just bout to give up and go hunt something else when I see him on WS, lol,to my surprise hes standing right in front of me,lol, so I kill him(long fight by the way, he links all the other damn quads and they actually got me down to 200 hp)the sheild drops and im like ZOMG SWEET!!!! So i figure what better to do then press my luck at the other pain in the *** 24 hour pop with which I have no ToD, the damn orc on the S>N barge on the PC, lol, 3 boat rides and it pops, and OMFG, drop!!!
So all in all a pretty lucky NM hunting day, got my fasting ring, mycophile cuffs, tortoise shield, and carect ring all in 1 day and went 4/4 on drops(i think a couple might be 100% drops, not to sure)

how do u get the 15 hp to mp to work? I went into an area under nations control and nothing happened, then i went in an area not nder nations control and nothing happened. I engaged a mob and nothing happend.
You need Signet for these kinds of effects to activate.

Was exiting Beadeaux around K-10 and spotted 4 Quads in the fork as a 28RDM/14WAR. I engaged 2 and was about to take the others until I saw one was named. An LS member was wanting to kill a Quad NM so I kept track until he came (59RDM taru). He got the drop. Quad had ALOT of HP and cast quite a few Cure IIs. I forgot time frame. it had to be around 6pm-10pm Pacific Standard Time

this thing should have been killed between 6:15 am and 7:15 am on NYE morning, so if you start camping a little before 3 am new years morning, it should pop. sorry i dont have an exact time. i did kill it thursday after noon around 1:00 pm

I just fought this guy yesterday as a 60 rdm/ 28 blm. I accidentally stumbled upon him while doing G3 part in Beadeaux. On my way in I engaged and was only doing about 25-35 melee damage and this guy has a ton of HP. Thunder II, Blizzard II, and Fire II were all doing about 200+ dmg though with casting gear on. Luckily Havian was hanging out (old LS buddy, thanks Hav) and helped me. Got the drop and love the shield, only it would have been better to have a long time ago for my RDM.
I probably could've soloed this mob with /NIN as my sub, but it would have taken a long time with RDM/BLM, though Stoneskin held up for about 15-20 of his weak little slaps. 58-60 mob sounds a bit high, but may be a 55-58 mob with ridiculous defense. I could be wrong also.

i soloed this as a 41 rdm/blm. Got 50 exp, so that puts him at about level 38.

I found this guy while I was messin around in the Marshlands. I fought it as DRG52/WAR26. He used invincible durin the middle of the fight, I waited it out and used a Berserk-Spirit Surge-Penta Thrust combo that messed him up pretty good. Full moon and got the sheild, i'd say this mob is around 42-44 and 46 at the very most cuz I beat the crap outta it.

would it of hurt SE to make this NM spawn a little faster? A shield like this would be great for lower lvl mages and also for any mages doing capped CoP missions, or enms. But if trackeroc is right about the "in area's under your nations control" then i dunno.... makes the 24 hour spawn hardly worth it.

I'm a little bitter that not only you found him, but you got the shield too. Anyways, calm down about the pic, I know everyone wants to somehow be immortalized on this site, just wait. I assume running the site is hard work... not to mention the administrators want to play the game too.
